Gmail accounts are connected to mobile numbers I don't have anymore. I've tried calling the PayPal number but it appears that it's only working for the current PayPal account I use now. I've already changed the password on my valid PayPal, and the passwords for the Gmail accounts being used for these fraudulent PayPal accounts in my name.
